وفي هذا الإطار، وجّه السيد الوزير مديري التربية إلى مواصلة التنسيق المحكم والدائم مع السادة الولاة، وكذا مختلف القطاعات الشريكة، مسديا لهذه القطاعات تحية الشكر والعرفان على الجاهزية والدّعم المقدّم للقطاع قصد توفير جميع الضمانات المتعلقة بتأمين مراكز الإجراء ومراكز التجميع للإغفال ومراكز التصحيح، مع الحرص على تأمين محيط هذه المراكز واتخاذ التدابير الوقائية والتنظيمية اللازمة.
📍ومن جهته شدد السيد الوزير على ضرورة تجهيز مراكز احتياطية بنفس المواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة لمراكز الإجراء، قصد اللجوء إليها عند الاقتضاء، لا سيما في الحالات المرتبطة بالظروف الاستثنائية أو الطارئة، بما يضمن استمرارية إجراء الامتحانات المدرسية الوطنية في أحسن الظروف التنظيمية،وعلى ضرورة تجهيز مؤسسات تربوية مجاورة لمراكز الإجراء، خاصة بالمناطق التي تعرف ارتفاعًا في درجات الحرارة، من أجل استقبال المترشحين وتمكينهم من الراحة بين فترات الاختبارات، في إطار تنظيم محكم يضمن توفير الظروف الملائمة لاجتياز الامتحانات.

في ملف مسابقة توظيف الأساتذة على أساس الشهادات للالتحاق بالرتب القاعدية للتعليم بعنوان سنة 2025 (أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي قسم أول، أستاذ التعليم المتوسط قسم أول، وأستاذ التعليم الثانوي قسم أول)، ثمّن السيد الوزير الجهود المبذولة في تسيير هذه العملية بما يضمن حسن تنظيم مختلف مراحلها، مشيرًا إلى هذا الإطار جديد هذه المسابقة والمتمثّل في موافقة المديرية العامة للوظيفة العمومية والإصلاح الإداري على إدماج المناصب المالية الخاصة بعنوان سنة 2026 ضمن المسابقة الحالية، دون الحاجة إلى تنظيم مسابقة جديدة بعنوان 2026، وذلك للاعتبارات التالية:
– العدد الهائل للمشاركين في هذه المسابقة (1.065.000) من حملة الشهادات،
– طبيعة المسابقة، كونها على أساس الشهادات،
– ضبط مسألة التوظيف والجاهزية التامة للدخول المدرسي المقبل.
حيث تمّ تعديل قرار فتح المسابقة بما يسمح بإدماج مناصب سنة 2026 فيها.
📍وأوضح السيد الوزير أن هذا الإجراء سمح برفع العدد الإجمالي للمناصب المالية المفتوحة إلى 61.098 منصبًا ماليًا، مؤكدًا على ضرورة الالتزام بأقصى درجات الدقة والشفافية والعدالة واستكمال الإجراءات التنظيمية، مع احترام الآجال المحددة وتحويل الملفات إلى مصالح الوظيفة العمومية في الوقت المناسب.
3- #بخصوص_غلق_السنة_المالية_2025:
بخصوص غلق السنة المالية، شدّد السيد الوزير على ضرورة استكمال جميع الإجراءات المرتبطة بها في أقرب الآجال، مع الإشارة إلى أن التأخر في هذا الإطار لا يُسجّل إلا في عدد قليل جدًا من المؤسسات ببعض المديريات، مؤكدًا في السياق ذاته أن الامتناع عن تنفيذ الالتزامات المهنية يُعد إخلالًا بالواجبات الوظيفية، وأنه سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات التنظيمية المعمول بها في هذا الشأن.
وفيما يتعلق بالخدمات الاجتماعية، أمر السيد الوزير مدير الموارد المالية والمادية بتمكين اللجنة الوطنية للخدمات الاجتماعية من الإحصائيات الخاصة بالموظفين الذين تقل أو تساوي رواتبهم 40 ألف دينار، في أقرب الآجال، قصد تمكين اللجنة من إعداد آليات دعم ومرافقة لفائدتهم بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك.
